Two first round interviews, 30 min with two junior analysts and 30 min with two senior colleagues. Was notified about a week after that I hade made it to the second step. For the second round I met with the head of IBD, very short interview, took like 5-10 minutes. He briefly talked about DNB, I made a very short presentation and then it was done. They reached out very soon offering me the job. A very smooth and efficient process overall, very nice interviews and receiving.
