The first interview was an office interview where I met with one of the "assistant managers" and we spoke for about 20 minutes to get to know each other better. Nothing to difficult. The second and third interview were held on the same day. First I was to go out and shadow two people in the field. (this consisted of going to a walmart and selling directTV; which is DMC's client.) Then drive back to the office for the final interview. Another "assistant manager" told me that he spoke with the two guys I shadowed and that they loved me, asked me a few easy questions and the offered me the job.

There were three components: a few questions over the phone, an initial in-person interview and lastly another in-person interview where they take you out to see what a day of work would be like. Across the board everyone is amiable.
