Met with 3 women from the accounting department. Discussed my background, qualifications and led the interview with my questions. They were very happy to discuss the longevity of their employees and their training plan.

Extremely straightforward and easy. Walked in and talked about myself and work ethic and got the job before the end of the week. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Looked at my resume for less than 10 minutes and no generic HR interview questions.
