Phone interview with HR first to go through company culture and answer any initial questions. Interview day consisted of 3 consecutive interviews with 2 managers per panel, 45 min each interview.

2 interviews, asked technical questions concerning my resume. Overall fairly straightforward. Tested code knowledge on NEC, power redundancy, typical data center knowledge. First interview was screened via recruiter. Second interview was with the hiring managers, three people interviewed me during the second round.
