Kind of a too long interview process for what the job is (a step above customer service rep). I had a phone screening, followed by a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, and then a culture fit kind of interview with another person in the company, and then a panel interview.

A lot of questions about getting to know me and past experiences dealing with scenarios, A lot of tell me type questions. Very kind interviewers who make the processes enjoyable.
