I had a 3 round interview at DISH for the role. The first 2 round were virtual and the last round was face to face at the Littleton office. The entire process was smoothly handled and the recruitment team guided me patiently and were very responsive.

Entrevista
I applied through Handshake and participated in the College Summit. I first interviewed with a hiring manager, and we had a 30-minute phone call. At the end of the call, she told me I would be moving on to the next round and explained the next steps. My second interview was with 2 managers in different departments, and I had been told if one of them liked me or if they thought I would fit with another department I would move on to the final round. The final round was the College Summit, which was a 6-hour virtual event. The morning consisted of panels and I got to learn more about different departments. In the afternoon, I had 2 more panel interviews (so I interviewed with 4 more managers). Everyone I spoke with was very nice and The interview process took about 2 weeks, and I heard back after another 2 weeks.
