The process was similar to other companies. There two interview and online character testing and final interview. All interviews were via online meeting. The questions they asked were typical interview questions and nothing out of ordinary. I felt the interview process was easy as well as the testing that was given.

I applied online, received a email from the recruiter a few days later to set up a phone interview and instruction to complete some online assessments. Few days after the phone interview, I received a call to set up an interview. The interview experience was very negative for me. I was supposed to meet with two hiring managers as well as the tax directors but ended up meeting with just one hiring manager. The recruiter informed me that tax directors had to cancel and they would set up another day or maybe a phone interview instead, this never end up happening. Well after the interview I waited 2 weeks, and after no response from DISH, I contacted them and they said they haven't made a decision. After waiting another month, I contacted them again and they replied they would be not be going forward with me. Very unprofessional from their end. Overall a negative experience.
