Entrevista
The girl in HR who interviewed me made me wait until she decided what she was ordering for lunch (right in front of me) then began talking to the security guard about her weight. This seems to me to be very unprofessional.

Dish does mandatory 6th days with little notice, you must be willing to work mandatory overtime with little notice (as little as 15 min before)

they ask you to describe a webpage and how to find something on it. then they take you into another room to do a 1:1 interview. They begin to ask you questions about your self and what kind of schedule you would prefer. but really they give you a trash schedule like 430pm-1am.

There is an online application followed by two online tests. The first test is basically a personality test("if you found a wallet on the ground what would you do?") The second online test consists of mock calls where you select how you would answer customers. After that you are called for an interview. There is a brief interview then the same day you take another two tests on site. The first test is some sort of IQ test. The second consists of more mock calls where you actually speak your responses into a headset. You're then given a second longer interview if you pass the tests(usually the same day). During the second interview they ask you some questions to gauge your knowledge of technology and also how a call center works. You're usually notified a few days later if you get the job.

They ask you to describe exactly how a call center works. They also ask you some random questions about technology. For example: " what is an LCD TV and what does LCD stand for?" There were maybe three questions like that to make sure you at least have the most basic familiarity with technology.
