Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by online IQ test of sorts. Then interviewed with the hiring manager. When I asked the hiring manager why they stayed with the company so long, they said it was because of opportunities. Nothing about the culture, people, team, benefits...took this as a red flag that the reviews/approval ratings are correct and Dish is not a great place to work unless you're chasing titles.
