He took me into his office, asked me a bunch of common sense questions and gave me a paper for a drug test. I took the drug test and passed. I then got a call about a physical exam. I took it and passed. A few days later I got a call from HR and an offer letter in my email. I signed it, returned it, and got another email telling me when and where to report for training. That's basically it.
