The interview process was very straight forward. The questions were mostly about prior retail experience, and experience dealing with customers in different situations. It is involved very little questions, they also asked if you know how to work a register.

The interview process was straight forward and was mainly on customer service experience. Knowing how to appropriately address customer is key. The CSS position is definitely a multi-task type of job.
