Brief. A shortage of applicants, so the process was not difficult and they are forced to hire below their standards. The store manager or assistant manager usually conducts the interview and they are pleasant enough but seemed to be in a hurry.

After getting a message to come to the store for an interview, went in and had a conversation with a manager, a couple situational questions, nice and smooth interview process and interviewers all around.
Compared to other interviews, I think it was pretty easy. I've had some pretty tough interviews in my day though so that could be why I think that. I would recommend.
