Applied directly through career site and was contacted by HR recruiter. After speaking with recruiter she set up a phone call with the Designer for the category. Following that call she had HR set up an on site interview in which I met with several members of the team and did a design presentation. The company paid to fly me to HQ and for hotel accommodations. Team members were all very friendly and you can tell that every one loves working there.
