I met the company recruiter at a campus resume review session and she mentioned an opening available at their subsidiary, Reliabotics.
She had my resume in hand so that sort of qualified as a pre-screening.
There were two interviews on-site. One with my prospective manager and a second with the CTO and prospective team mates.
Both were friendly and insightful sessions, the second, more casual than the first.
In both I was asked questions pertaining to my resume and given more information about the company operations.
I had a list of relevant questions prepared so I got them talking more than I did. They were forthcoming with information which was great. It made the interview pleasant and prospective of working with them exciting.
I was also briefed on and taken to see some of their current projects.
An offer was extended same day, a few hours after the second interview.
