Typical, phone interview w/ recruiter, phone interview with ASM, then panel interview not too difficult, like any interview, know the history about the company and be prepared to explain why DHL

It was a lengthy process but was a great experience. The recruiter was very responsive and honest which was refreshing. There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter, and then the next day a phone interview with the sales manager. Then I had a web conference with a panel of the Sales Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Regional Director of HR where I did a PowerPoint presentation. The last interview was in person with the Sales Manager.
