Handed in resume at job fair and received an email invitation for a company tour. After the tour, candidates had to answer an essay question on their interest in the position. After that, a phone interview would be done to shortlist candidates for 2 rounds of face to face interviews. First interview with the manager and second with the vice president of operations. During the face to face interviews, the interviewers were extremely friendly so there was no intimidating pressure.
