Applied through a referral. The initial application process consisted of submitting a resume, writing short essays regarding the company and the internship plan in lieu of a cover letter. Received a phone interview a few weeks later; was a back-to-back interview with one person from HR (very friendly) and the department head that I would be working under. There were a lot of behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Received an offer a few weeks later. The whole interview was conducted in Mandarin.

De procedure verloopt door middel van meerdere gesprekken. Verder was er geen casus of capaciteitstest nodig. Dit is op mijn radar gekomen door mijn universiteit, en heb gecommuniceerd tussen mijn uni en DHL om tot een akkoord te komen.
