The internal vacancy comes out and interested stuff applies, if no employee applies however the vacancy will be advertised on local print media and interested candidates would submit their applications.
Written test in English related to job role is required. After that face to face interview with HR, MGRs and Director in both English and Cantonese. Zoom interview is considered when necessary.

There were about 3-4 rounds of interviews and shadowing to give candidates a great idea for what the company and job would be like. I needed to create a presentation about myself and my work experience for the last interview with a panel of three interviewers.
