The president of the company did the interviewing, and he was blunt and not very personable. He questioned why I would want to work there as opposed to being a teacher, as if he knows me better than myself. I don't know if he interviews that way most of the time, but beware there may be some professional "negging" going on. His demeanor is probably why they have another manager sit in with the interview.

The atmosphere was calm. Interview was very easy. They don’t care that much about experience, they just want people willing to learn. You interview with a few people and get shown around the lab, doesn’t they take very long.
