Schnelle Reaktion auf die Unterlagen. Sehr freundlich, mehrere Runden von Interviews. Erst mit PA dann mit Fachabteilung, kein Assessment Sehr offene Kommunikation auch der beteiligten Mitarbeiter aus der Abteilung. Teilweise sehr kurzfristige Termine.
Initial phone screen; first round video interview with hiring manager; visited site with hiring team. Very nice site to visit. Orderly & staff was attentive. Maryville is a nice area
Initial interview is over the phone with a recruiter. Go over experience as well as some behavioral questions and try to see where you would best fit. Next interview is with the managers you would work under.
