The first round was a phone interview that lasted about an hour. They asked questions involving my past experience and answered questions relevant to the position. The second round occurred at Denso - Maryville, TN. It was an in person meeting with the members of the group that I would be working with. This had some questions regarding knowledge and experience but it became clear that the main purpose of the in person interview was to understand how I would interact with the team and how my personality fit with the position they were looking for and the atmosphere of the company.
