I applied and interviewed for a position a few months prior, and was beaten out by someone who worked there as an intern before. That particular manager referred me for another position. I interviewed for it over the phone, then had an in-person interview the next week. The week after that, I was offered a position through their largest contract house. The process did not take too long, and they (Computer and Engineering Services) stayed in pretty good contact with me throughout.
