First a phone interview for about 30 minutes with 2-3 people. They gave a brief overview of the project without going into too much detail. They left about 5-10 minutes for my questions.
Face to Face interview was a group interview that lasted about 2 hours. Meet with 2 different groups of people, from QA team to Dev teams, to management. They were all dressed very casual (jeans, t-shirts)
