I applied Online on October 11th of 2016. Nine days later I received a phone call from Richard Ramirez to set up a face to face interview. The face to face interview was set for the following day. It was a group panel interview with 4 gentlemen including Mr. Ramirez. The interview lasted an hour and with multiple questions of my own experience and knowledge of Operational Process. I left the interview feeling great of a good outcome. On October 24th of 2016 I received a call from Mr. Ramirez indicating he recommended me for the position which i accepted. He said that Human Resources would be reaching out to me for the completion of the hiring process.
