DC Global Talent Inc. is a company who not respect the personal who they going to hire , don't have the manners or the guidance for hiring. Very unrespectful about the person or the time ,people like me give to a interview time and preparation. is amazing how a company miss attend their own interview appointment twice,and finally when you going to talk whit them they not let you speak ,and say "we make a mistake ,you not are qualified for the position due is for a position different to IT" I mean call me stupid but my LinkedIn profile ,very clear say Computer science Enginer,and you have two opportunities before to correct the issue. I don't know what kind a HR specialist are working on this days . And the manners must change,if not only money who open the doors is humility. #hiring #interview #respect
