I got an interview within an hour of applying. Interview was scheduled online within 1 hour. Was told to bring resume, drivers license and one other form of id. Was very eager to hire.

2 day presentation by an instructor followed by a 20 point and 7 point QA session with a minimum pass rate. Fairly easy if you listen and make notes and actually helpful when you go and start working although you have to discard some of the "textbook" answers in real life.

There was no formal interview as such only the two presentation followed by the test
Supervisor had my resume, talked about my previous experience with customer service, mentioned the heavy workload and drug test. Showed how the warehouse is organized and how routes are organized.
