A 2+ hour conversation with 2 hiring managers in a comfortable casual environment. An extensive tour of the facility & sit down talk time. Lots of back & forth conversation & ample opportunity to ask questions. Job responsibilities & company benefits were covered too. It seemed that they were looking for someone with all the skills over “the right person” as they wanted an immediate hire due to growth. Yet they talked about all the training they provide to employees.
