They were really rush to notify candidates and asked to complete SHL exam before next day 12 am.
Exam got three parts: numerical, verbal, logical.
Also, asked to finish 20 personal behavior questions.
I got next round video interview after 3 days (includes weekend).
The same, evening time, they mailed me to have next day interview.
Asked brief questions and challenged my career path chosen.
Feeling wasting my time on study their company for a whole night.

There was multiple interview as it was a mass interview. And it seems to happen quite often due to the high drop out rate. The main thing they really want to know is if you’re willing to work over time. So I had to go through two to three rounds of interview.

INCREDIBLE waste of time. Mass interview made candidates wait for more than an hour after their scheduled slot before getting called in for the first round. I was referred by a recruitment agency.
Once in I didn't even manage to get a word in at all. I'm not exaggerating. They took one look at my resume and immediately cited lack of experience and dismissed me saying they will 'keep your application in mind for other opportunities'.
No respect for people's time or effort. No decency to even allow the candidate to maximize on other experiences/education/skills that could make up for the 'lack of experience'. If that was the case then why even allow us to travel all the way to the office just to be told to leave not 5 minutes into meeting them.
Overall atrocious and disappointing. Job searching is already difficult in this current economy but this was just a slap to the face.
