So I interviewed through a recruiter, the first phone interview caught me off guard because I wasn't made aware it was a panel phone interview. The phone interview went well in spite of being caught off guard, everyone was engaging, genuine, not at all pretentious, very knowledgeable and totally invested in determining whether or not this role or something else within the organization was best suited to my skills and what role would help me to accomplish my goals within the company.
