The interview process was very laid back. I felt very comfortable. I was asked about my experience. The interview was easy and did not require any advance preparation. The pay is on a low side. The hiring process is long and includes a driving record, background check, applications. The company has multiple training locations. I had the communication with people who interviewed me and not so much HR department. Got an e-mail to come for an interview.
