Applied online, and got an phone interview the next day. She asked some simple questions, then scheduled a second phone interview and sent me an email of the second phone interview assessment. The second phone was important, because they were actually evaluating your interpreting skill. Make sure review the email hr send you before second interview. They almost ask the same questions as the email on the 2nd interview. They gave me the offer couple hours after the 2nd interview.

If you speak English and your language well, you should be no problem. The only difficulty was they only give you 2 times to listen to whatever should be translated. So make sure you have pen and paper ready to write down any date or number.

Tell the ABC, then assessment was set up. Day of assessment I was asked questions from the study guide. Did not hear anything for 3 weeks, then I got a call from hiring manager. I was offered job on the spot ($15/hour starting for the 3am-11am shift...) They sent me offer letter with wrong person name and address. I contacted them to indicate the mistake. I was not going to sign somebody else's papers! It's been over 3 weeks after offer letter (expected start date is Jan 11th) I received one email where they said the would get me a letter "shortly" (cit.)
I leave any comments to you...

Applied online, got an email from them and a call asking very general questions like "are you interested?", "Are you looking for full time or part time?", etc. Then they emailed me some study materials and scheduled a follow up call to take a quick over the phone test to see if I had the skills needed. The information was some general vocabulary focusing on general medical terms, a few financial terms and a few car insurance terms. Took about 20 minutes. Also asked to talk about favorite meal or dream house in both Spanish and English. Then they told me I passed and offered the position.
