The interview process consists of initial screening followed by a language and interpretation proficiency test. If you pass the test, you will need to provide a proof of landline or Voice over internet services. Then you are done.

Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
