I used her calendar link to lock in a time, so everything was confirmed on both sides. But when the time came? Nothing. No call, no message. Ten minutes in, I followed up, only to be told her previous meeting ran over. Fair enough, that happens. She asked if I was available the next day. I said yes. And then? Complete radio silence. If you’re going to reach out to candidates, at least follow through. Everyone’s time is valuable, especially when you’re the one who initiated contact. This kind of behavior isn’t just unprofessional, it reflects poorly on the entire company.
