Initial phone screening ask very vague and abbreviated questions about my resume but was asked to attend a face to face meeting the following day at the Irvine location. This is a small start up company with Sale in New York and production in Irvine, CA. This position is a replacement of a previous Scientist to complete the team with four members. The lab shares space with three other labs and is compact, with expansion set for Summer. Interview lasted 2 hours and included one on one with each member of the department that I would be working with it given the position. Over all interview experience was positive as I was able to speak with each member of the team including would be co-workers, supervisor and HR.
