Horrible interview, really patronising and kept interrupting me whilst I was answering questions. Kept me for 30min longer than the interview was supposed to last as he kept asking questions about my current assistant post and everything I don't do.
If you were representing the team in a multiagency meeting and a psychiatrist said psychology was like teaching a dog to ride a bike, what would you do/say?

Straightforward, lasted 1 hour. Asked 11 questions. There were 3 people on the panel. Friendly environment. They also asked some HR related-diversity questions in the end. It was a face-to-face interview.

I was interviewed by two psychologists (they split the question schedule between themselves). They were sensitive to my performance anxiety and made an effort to put me at ease. They also helped me to do my best by asking prompting questions. At the end, I was given the opportunity to revisit questions with a view to adding more substance. The interview style was formal. They asked approximately eight questions. I sat the interview over a year ago so cannot remember all of them but will share the ones I do!
