The interview process had three steps. An initial introduction which only takes a few minutes. The second step is to discuss the role and responsibilities with a member of the team you’re applying for, and the HR representative. This is more of a traditional interview to find out your capabilities, and discuss your CV more. The final step was an interview with the COO.
