I applied online, got a virtual interview. Three staff interviewed me. They all seemed to be unprepared, not knowing what question to ask, the session was filled with awkward silences because no one knew who's turn was it to ask questions. They asked very strange questions like "Why do you like Python programming language?", or commented on my picture on LinkedIn.
