1. Aptitude Test (The Filter)
This round usually tests your quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning skills.
Strategy: Speed and accuracy are key. Focus on "low-hanging fruit"—solve the easy questions first to build confidence and secure points before tackling complex problems.
2. Group Discussion (The Social Proof)
The GD evaluates your ability to work in a team, your thought process, and your communication style.
Strategy: You don’t need to speak the most; you need to speak the most relevant points. Acknowledge others' views and try to summarize the discussion if it goes off-track.
3. Personal Interview (The Selection)
This is where the recruiters decide if they actually want to work with you. It often combines technical questions with behavioral "HR" questions.
Strategy: Prepare your "Tell me about yourself" pitch and have 2–3 specific examples of past challenges you've overcome using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
