Thorough. It was a little over a year ago and I think I had 3 or 4 interviews. There was a pretend phone call (i.e. the hiring manager is the customer and I'm the sales rep) and the final interview was with all 5 upper management. That is was ultimately led me to decide it wasn't the right fit for me as I didn't love the reviews on here and I got a vibe from some of the managers that they felt holier than thou. The other sales reps I met and sales manager were lovely though.
