The final selection procedure is a little bit tough and it is divided into 3 categories written test, interview, and 15 days evolution period. I got an offer through Elitmus. The selection procedure is completed in the following rounds. 1st round: Paper-based written-test, this is a simple test of aptitude and reasoning consists of 10 questions, and the time limit is 15 minutes. 2nd round: Paper-based written-test, after qualifying the first round they will call for another written test. The test is a total of 5 to 7 questions from aptitude, reasoning, and basic electronics with a time limit of 30 minutes. 3rd round: Face to face interview with MD, after qualifying 2nd round they will call you for an interview. In my case, he asked me questions related to my projection submission and all other projects that I mention in my resume, about my industrial training, and some basic HR questions. 4th round: Evaluation period: if you passed the interview then they will evaluate you for 15 days are you fit for the company or not, are you able to do this work or not without any training.

I applied through the elitmus and got called for written test in Bangalore. The hiring process consists of 4 rounds, the 1st round contains 5 questions(descriptive) they the logic, not the answer and how you are approaching. I got rejected in 1st round itself but those who got selected in the 1st round will be having another written test for 45mins. Those who passed round 2 will go for a face to face interview and the final selectees will be evaluated by the company for 1 week in their office and only after that they'll issue a formal offer letter.
