After the initial screening over phone, there was telephonic techinical interview and FtF techinical interview, HR interview and pay negotiation over phone. In the telephone , I was asked questions on techincal skills and it went for 1 hour. One week after the telephonic interview, I was invited for the face to face interview. First round was with a senior HR and he questioned me testing my leadership capabilities. Next was a technical interview with senior DB architect. It was more of a discussion than an interview. She was describing about the job and expectations.
