The company uses an very talented firm for recruiting. It really centered on finding the right talent that will allow the company to grow. It focused on skill set and cultural fit. Once selected for an interview an online test is used to determine fit based on CME's pre-set criteria. The interview it self was team based. It included a plant tour and an overview of the company's past, present and vision for the future. Once a decision to hire was made the on-boarding process was quick and efficient.
