The initial screening process was completed online. I was screened by an automated AI bot and the whole thing was very uncomfortable. I much prefer the opportunity to speak with a real person in these kinds of settings.

Never got a chance to even talk to the company. They reached out to me to schedule an interview, I responded, then a few days later literally the minute the call was supposed to start I get an email saying they didn't have any positions open and they were cancelling the interview.
