I had a short conversation with him over the phone. We met at the facility and had what seemed to me to be a casual conversation about life and business as we toured the shop. Instead of a formal interview with specific questions and paperwork this was a more casual and real approach. He wanted me to interview him as much as I was being interviewed. He sincerely wanted it to be a good match for the both of us.
