The interview process is very broken. I had three rounds of Interview. Two with Founders and one with HR. The HR is slow and does not respond to you even after multiple follow ups. Employee benefits are zero to nil. I was made to wait for 3weeks even after telling me that you are selected and we (company) are going to make an offer to you.
