The process started with an initial HR interview focused on experience and alignment with the role. The interview was rescheduled multiple times due to HR’s unavailability. During the actual discussion, the interviewer’s non-verbal reactions felt distracting, making the experience feel more dependent on interviewer mood than on qualifications.

In person, met with various people in the accounting department including potential co-workers and boss. Only complaint was it was in total over 4 hours long, could have been condensed if they would have made it a panel-style interview instead of 1-on-1's.
