Very basic, face 2 face interview with the franchise owner. I already knew her since I was a member of the gym already. It was a basic formality to conduct the interview & discuss my resume.

Intense interview - be prepared to answer questions about what makes you stand out from the rest and be scrutinized about specifics in your career. The interviewer was not overly warm and told me she would be "in touch in a couple of days" - 2 months later I have still not received a response. I wouldn't recommend applying to this role; salary is also very low for expectations of employees, you are selling memberships and working on reception too for less per hour than most commercial gyms.
