I was contacted by a talent acquisition team rep about 3 weeks after my application for an initial phone call. I was invited to a video interview with the hiring manager and director a few days afterwards. I did not get past this round but their process also includes a third round on-site. I was ghosted after the second round. My workday profile was still showing I was in the interview phase but more than 2 weeks has past since my interview with the managers. I followed up with the talent acquisition rep since all communications went through her. I didn't get a reply so I checked my profile once more and sure enough it was red and stated I was not selected. Overall pretty easy, albeit longer, process but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you are not chosen.
