It was really nerve-racking at first but the interviewers made me feel comfortable and gave me the opportunity to express and showcase my ability. I had an initial HR interview which lasted between 15 and 30 mins then after, I was invited to Birmingham where I had an in-person assessment which was a fantastic experience.
