After passing initial phone interview was invited to an Assessment Centre a few days later. This consisted of being shown and talked through a presentation, with questions being taken. Following this, we each had a mock call, with instructions given on a sheet beforehand. Our task was to acquire all of the information from the caller to fill in the boxes on the sheet. Lastly, we were taken upstairs to the main call floor, where we call listened via a headset splitter. We were then asked what we thought and if we were still interested in the position. There was not a face-to-face interview.
